All the convenience of frozen lasagna but homemade healthy!
Brown the beef then add the seasoning. Add Spaghetti sauce and let simmer 5 mins.
Lightly grease the bottom and sides of your crockpot. Add 4 of the Gluten Free Noodles to the bottom of the crockpot.
Layer with 1/2 of the Ssauce mixture.
Spoon on the Ricotta the sprinkle with 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese.
Layer with another 4 noodles, remaining sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Cook on low for 5 hours.
If you are fine with Dairy, feel free to use the dairy versions of Ricotta and Mozzarella. You can also use Wheat Lasagna Noodles in you are not Gluten Free.
