This Creamy soup is gluten and dairy free and comes together in under 10 minutes.
Combine tomatoes and chili's, broth, beans and corn in a medium stock pot. Stir and bring to a boil. Cook on low for 5 mins.
Add the cubed chicken and cook until heated through.
Serve topped with Gluten Free tortilla chips, GF tortilla Strips. Other topping ideas: sour cream, sliced avocado, jalapenos, shredded cheese.
