Preheat oven to 325 and line a 9x9 pan with parchment paper.
Make the Topping. In a small bowl combine all ingredients and mix until combined.
In a large bowl, combine coconut oil, honey, sugar, and pumpkin and mix well.
Add eggs and mix until combined.
Add coconut and almond flours, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and salt and mix until fully combined.
Pour into prepared pan and top with the Topping by spooning on evenly.
Bake for 45 mins. or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Serve warm immediately or store in refrigerator.
