This basic recipe can be used over noodles, zoodles or spaghetti squash.
Bring a medium pot of water to a boil and add noodles. Cook over medium heat until noodles are tender. Drain into colander.
Add beef to a large skillet. Break up with a spatula as it cooks. When beef is halfway cooked, add all seasoning to taste. Finish cooking. Drain extra grease if needed.
Add spaghetti sauce, mix and let cook over low heat for 5 minutes until heated through.
Add noodles to the plate and top with sauce, additional red pepper flakes to taste and optional shredded cheese.
