Basic Gluten Free Spaghetti with Meat Sauce

Basic Gluten Free Spaghetti with Meat Sauce

Spaghetti was one of the very first recipes I learned to make as a kid. Although our mom always made Italian Sausage and a side of slice mushrooms, I still make it the same way mom did.

I typically use my own canned homemade spaghetti sauce from tomatoes out of my garden. However, you can totally use store bought sauce. I typically look for one that it both organic and has no sugar added.

My recipe is for 2 people, but just double it for a family. Again, this is a basic recipe so you can add your own personality to it through seasoning or using fresh herbs. I serve mine over either Gluten Free Spaghetti or Spaghetti Squash or Zoodles. You can also use this in Lasagna or Baked Spaghetti.
