Flank Steak is my favorite cut of meat. It is perfect for stir fry recipes. If you have trouble finding it, you can substitute sirloin steak or flat iron steak.
Toss thinly slice flank steak in sesame oil and arrowroot starch. Place in a ziplock bag and place in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes, but up to an hour.
add oil, garlic and ginger to a small sauce pan over medium heat. Cook until fragrant. Add red pepper flakes. Add coconut aminos, broth and sugar and whisk to combine. Bring to a boil the reduce heat and simmer on low until sauce thickens, about 10 minutes.
In a large skillet, heat oil. Add 1/4 cup starch to the beef in the bag and toss to combine. Place strips in the pan and fry on both sides until browned and cooked through. Reduce heat and drain any excess liquid.
Add Sauce to the beef and combine well. Reduce heat to low and allow to cook while making the broccoli and Cauliflower rice.
Steam the broccoli per instructions and heat the Cauliflower rice.
Add cauliflower rice, broccoli and beef to bowls. Top with Sliced green onions, red pepper flakes and sesame seeds.
