February is the New January
Eryn and I were talking earlier this week about how we both usually do really well with a January reset. We are normally both ready to get back to our usual routines, start eating better, dive into a new workout program. But not so much this year. January hasn’t been pretty.
Although my diet is probably 80% back on track and I am 2 weeks into a new workout program I am loving and sticking to, I have also stress baked several times, had a nasty cold I just can’t shake, dealt with some serious work stress and not really accomplished much in the way of my business goals.
But February is a new month. Another chance for that new beginning. A hard reset.
This month we will be featuring easy yet impressive Date Night Meals and Desserts. If you are like my husband and I, we prefer our quiet dinner table to a crowded restaurant most nights, including Valentines Day. But that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy a special date night meal.
We will be featuring a new series called The Safer Series. Eating clean is many times the first step toward a healthier you. But what about everything else we encounter in the day that can be introducing toxins to your body? It can be pretty overwhelming, so we will help you tackle them one at a time.
We will also be continuing to bring you what we are reading and some fun items on our wish list that need to be on yours too! As always, we are are collecting the good stuff and bringing it straight to all of our friends!
