Garlic Sauteed Asparagus
Need a quick easy veggie side? This is the only asparagus that my husband will eat. It isn’t soggy like when it is steamed and can be made on the stove top vs the grill.
Garlic Sauteed Asparagus
The stove top recipe has the texture of grilled asparagus.

Ingredients
- bunch organic asparagus
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp coconut aminos
Instructions

Cut ends off ends of asparagus and discard. Add asparagus, garlic and coconut aminos to a hot pan on medium and cover with a silicone splatter screen. Cook for 6-8 minutes turning at least once. Add more coconut aminos as needed to keep pan from going dry. Do not overcook.
