Basic Guacamole
Is there anything better than Guacamole? I mean really? Avocados are the perfect food. They are loaded with healthy fats essential to our healthy. Sometimes, I make guacamole a meal in itself and I add it to almost everything!
There are lots of ways to change up this Basic Guacamole, but this is a great base to any version you might want to make.
When I cut out Gluten and Grains I took to eating Guacamole with a spoon or with Plantain Chips. However, I have recently discovered Siete Foods Grain Free Chips. They are delicious and sturdy chips and come is several flavors. So enjoy your Guacamole as you see fit!
This is great with my Mango Salsa Blackened Fish Taco Bowls!
Basic Guacamole
This Basic Guacamole Recipe is perfect on its own or with many recipes found on The Summers Collective!
Ingredients
- 2 medium avocados seed and peel removed
- 2 tbsp red onion diced
- 3 tbsp cilantro chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lime juiced
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp salt to taste
Instructions

Mash Avocado in a bowl.

Add all other ingredients and mix to combine.
